Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 3–5 working days.

Delivery Charges:

Free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000.

Flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 for orders below Rs. 3,000.

Delivery Areas: We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. For remote locations, delivery may take a little longer.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there’s any issue with your order, here’s how we can help:

Returns:
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Conditions for Return:
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
- You must provide unboxing video or image proof at the time of return request.
Exchange:
- We can offer an exchange if you receive the wrong product.
Refunds:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days after product inspection.
- Refunds are made through bank transfer or original payment method.
